Tractor Trailer Pulled From Lake

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Police are investigating after a box truck was found in a lake.

Reportedly someone first called police saying they saw lights around 2 a.m. in Keystone Lake off of Route 210, north of Elderton.

Suzanne White was shocked early today, when she saw headlights submerged in the water in Keystone Lake, in Armstrong County.

White told KDKA’s Ralph Iannotti, “I got out of my car, and yelled ‘anybody out there?’ Then I called 911.”

By the time police arrived on scene, there were no lights and could not see anything.

When police arrived during the day Tuesday, they could plainly see a truck in the water.

Initially, it was believed a section of dock might have broken away, but, in fact, it turned out to be a Mack truck, which was sitting in about 20 feet of water.
