Marin County District Attorney Ed Berberian said Jeffrey Boyce would be charged in connection with crimes allegedly committed while he apparently tried to reach the Russian Consulate in San Francisco, then later stand trial in Oregon for the murder of Kirsten Englund.
“He’s facing seven felony counts,” Berberian said, including carjacking, attempted carjacking, kidnapping, making a criminal threat and dissuading a witness.
Englund’s body was found Sunday, three miles south of Reedsport, Ore.
