Hodgetts was found asleep and drunk on the porch of his West Main Street home.
Police had a hard time when they tried to wake him up.
Beth Domokos, who lives nearby, came home from work, saying she was shocked and saddened by the news, wondering how a responsible parent could act so recklessly.
